The Tom Forster Leadership Award
A perpetual award established in March of 2015 by the Marin County Fire Chiefs Association

This perpetual award recognizes those who have been role models through stewardship and servant leadership, promoting regional actions of sharing and cooperative goals. This is accomplished through the MCFCA and sections, along with other organizations. Tools used have included facilitating group planning, and often doing 'grunt' work needed towards a better future. These leaders are positive and inclusive, through team-based efforts to get the work done. Patient and persistent, they believe in helping and mentoring others, in 'paying it forward', and in serving with humility.

Features and profiles coming.
